Too many people dismiss Sinnoh as bad for superficial reasons like the games being a little slow or the existence of HMs which are honestly not any more of a problem than they were in Gens 2 and 3.
I’ve always felt that DPP are some of the best games in the series, the adventure in lengthy and you’re largely given free reign to explore at your leisure - I especially enjoy everything between getting your bike and getting the secret potion, the mid game is so open and full of possibilities, it’s great.
