Yes you can kill the smeargle/darkrai just before with priority moves or bring a Magic-bounce user but still. I run a trick room team and I can't afford to waste more move-slot for the only purpose to check a retarded strategy.
Basically you can win only if you are lucky enough for your mons to wake up next turn or dark void to miss.
