What the fuck is the point of Phione? I get that it's a legendary(?), and you can't use it competitively, but even by single-player standards it's a fucking useless pokemon. The gimmick of having to get it by breeding a legendary is cool, sure, but why with Manaphy? All Manaphy's purpose was was to "protect <insert something to do with the ocean here>", and even though it had it's own fucking movie, it's one of, if not THE most forgettable legendary in any gen.
Even if Game Freak only made Phione to get Manaphy more attention, why make it so hilariously weak? Granite, I haven't used it in battles or anything, but it's stats are just a flat 80, and it's moveset makes Lumineon look useful in comparison.
