Most likely no, but I guess that depends on a few things.
I assume this means I would keep my memories and intelligence, since otherwise I would have essentially died when I transformed and there would be nothing left of me to go insane over.
So in that case it would depend what Pokemon I get turned into, if I can still talk, and if anyone knows.
I was just turned into some random Pikachu in a forest that can't talk and nobody knows, no, I would go completely insane.
If people know that would help a lot, at least then I would assume I would have some protection/former rights and not have to worry about surviving in the wild or being captured and treated like a pet by some random trainer. Although quality of life would also heavily depend on what I turn into. Would be far easier if I was turned into something bipedal with hands than something quadruped or a fish or slime blob or whatever.
Still being able to talk (or something using a Pokemon ability to talk) would make it significantly easier to not lose my mind, if people didn't know it was me it wouldn't be hard to convince people I know who I am, and even easier if I can both still talk and people know. The whole quality of life thing still plays a role but at least I can attempt to still try to live a normal life that way. Still would be looking everywhere for a way to change back though.
