I think I'm the only one who actually checked these graphs posted by others and it's interesting how Gen VI has completely split the fanbase. It seems that you either love it or hate it.
Anyway, here are muh opinions. Gen I was very good back then but somehow Gen II managed to be even better and I spent most of my childhood playing it, I'm definitely a johtoddler. Gen III was and still is fucking awful and it caused me to drop the series for many many years. I later regained my faith with Gen IV, was disappointed with Gen V, and now XY are my favorite games. Generations I, II, IV, and VI are all excellent, V is mediocre but still playable and III is awful and I'm never going to like it.
