When you just throw a Pokeball at them, you aren’t giving them a chance to decide if they even want to indulge in this. How many times has Goh caught a Pokémon and told it to “bear with me” or something of the like that Ash and all his other friends say when they catch a Pokémon? How many times does Goh catch a Pokémon and let them out afterwards so he can at least talk to them before they get sent to the lab? How many of Goh’s Pokémon been caught and we haven’t seen them since? How many fucking Goh captures go just like pic related?
