Let's say two lv5 Charmanders with identical stats (for sake of science) fought each other. One strictly used Scratch and the other one did some combination of Growls and Scratches and then you had them fight a thousand times, which one would win more often?
How about a more realistic scenario where it's a starter with Scratch and Growl versus one with Tackle and Leer, which is more likely to win if used most efficiently? What do you think about using just one Leer and then just spamming Tackle?
I always just yolo'd it and spammed scratch/tackle and basically always won that way. I think I may've lost just one time in the lv5 vs lv5 against my rival when I was a little kid.
