Been giving starters additional abilities, making it so first stage has 16 abilities it can learn on level-up, second stage 19 and final stage 22.

I'm not sure about what I've given them though.
For example gave Venusaur Seed Flare, Blastoise Shell Smash and Charizard Hurricane.
Is it a good idea or bad idea?
