Cheating would be something like using a gameshark, or abusing a bug to make the game work in a way not intended, or just injecting like a lazy faggot.
Regardless of whether or not you agree with the stance, if you think it's a nonsensical one, you have brain problems. I'm glad people like you don't get to decide whether or not a Pokemon is legitimate.
