It's consistent with Delphic shading if not more intense. It's a different coloring/shading style than gen 4 and 5 though.
BUT what is the same as gen 4, 5, and 6 is the Fire artwork. The lines are consistent with fire lineart on all those Fire starters. And the patterns are similar as well.
If anything, it's almost too similar. Infernape has the spirals on its shoulder, and the shape of its Fire in its official artwork is almost identical to this mushroom's.
Is that reassuring or damning?
