I was very optimistic about gens 6/7 (I still am), but the Switch is where I draw the line. SWSH cemented it. Fuck all these hallways, fuck all those ""high quality"" animations, fuck Hop and FUCK the dexcut. Not even the goddamn music is enjoyable anymore. And the retards on Twitter and other sites will keep pretending everything is hunky-dory and fucking decimate anyone who thinks otherwise. Because you can just put Pikachu somewhere in the box and it'll sell millions. It's driving me up the fucking wall.
I'll always care about Pokemon, though, I'll like some of the newer characters, I'll pay attention to the news and the anime, and play the older games and the spinoffs that aren't pay2win trash. If for some miracle the Sinnoh games turn out good, M A Y B E I'll give it another shot, but I don't have any hope for that. For now, it looks like I'm done with the main games.
