Was a house shut in that mostly messed around with Technic legos, broke/fixed my computer more times than I can count and pretty much had an autistic obsession like Goh. You can have a stupidly high metabolism that keeps you skinny well into your adulthood. That said I'm sure he tires easily and only has gotten recently better with his Stamina thanks to hanging out with Ash.
