To be fair, both of these are (nearly) impossible to fix primarily due to a poor stat distribution (Flareon more so than Leafeon) and lacking coverage options. It's very unlikely that the former will ever be fixed, so I'll just list coverage options.
For coverage, I would give Leafeon a decent ground type move to deal with opposing Poison, Steel, and Fire type Pokemon, possibly Stomping Tantrum or Drill Run because Focus Energy is my favorite gimmick move. If we're being generous, a Rock type move such as Rock Slide can also help deal with Pokemon that also have a type advantage over cabbage cat.
Flareon is a little harder, due to its very poor speed. Agility might be an option so it can try to set up if it's in a safe environment (which is almost never). Giving it a decent physical Ghost type attack such as Shadow Claw will give it Fighting/Ghost coverage along with Superpower. Other Ground type attacks would also be appreciated.
Of course, there's also the obligatory "add LGPE moves to their respective types" suggestion, which would help both quite a bit.
