I can see uncrowned Zamazenta in OU mostly because he doesnt do anything special and his most viable use is a tanky screen setter, which Gen 8 is severely lacking in. He has already established counterplay in OU, he wouldnt change the tier much at all. Crowned Zamazenta is just too tanky for OU, and he punishes Dynamax wallbreakers really hard with Behemoth Bash, and he has the speed to run Banded Close Combat and Behemoth Bash, which is just nutty. He also gets Safeguard but like, no one is gonna throw status at you if they know youre safeguarded.
Tl;DR Uncrowned Zamazenta is worse than Kyurem, and Crowned is just a big ball of stats meant to set screens in ubers And allow Gothitelle to safely switch in and sweep slowly
