There wasn't much time between DS3 and Bloodborne and DS3 suffered for it, but Sekiro came out a few years after DS3 and was so tight that it became immediately evident that it was where most of their focus had been. At least in my opinion. I remember thinking that everything about it was what DS3 should've been, and that I was glad it was so tight.
And now it's been almost three years since Sekiro released (if another month had passed it'd have been exactly three) and we have Elden Ring, and it's huge. So I would say they're a good example of a studio that gives you time to digest things. They very clearly don't give a fuck about Dark Souls after #1, and it's generally thought that the big games they release without sequels are better. Although ironically that's what makes people want sequels. Anyways, if you discount DS2/3, you've got lots of time to breathe between their best projects.
