Apparently the Masterwork research for the shiny Mew in the Kanto tour was fun to do, but they kinda messed up here by already releasing shiny Celebi for free (but permanently missable), and also charging twice the price of the Kanto tour ticket.
I don't think the price of admission is worth it, if your goal is shiny collecting this is quite literally pay to win, they're releasing all remaining Johto shinies to all players regardless.
Kinda fucked that shiny Noctowl is only being made available now, when it's one of the better known shinies thanks to the anime.
