I just got my starter and pokegen'd everything. I need to use growlithe (who will be the only one I use in battle until I beat my rival's totodile and get my pokeballs since I picked cyndaquil). All of them have abilities they could have in gen 4, moves they would have by level-up at level 5, and IV's were randomized.
So with growlithe I have 5 spots left, who should I use? I'm leaning toward Sentret who can get some use this early, and I won't use meditite because it doesn't get confusion until level 8 (I can powergrind it if something dies later).
