https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hKhW32eVHsWith Hexcalibur's spectral guidance, you are given access to the Admin's Keep and the ominous purgatory-like realm it's submerged in. Wielding the legendary sword, a firm grip on his hilt, you enter the room with your guards up high and some slight apprehension, half-expecting someone or something to jump out and attack.
"Huh.."
Contrary to what you were expecting, the lair of the malignant führer is nowhere near as intimidating as it appears on the outside. The inside, which is lacking in its traces of miasma, is more akin to a study, perhaps one of the comfiest you've ever come across.
You lower Hexcalibur somewhat, taken aback by the cozy nature of the room, but still on your guard. You take a minute to survey your surroundings, there's a clock on the wall ticking away without a care, a crackling fireplace that serves as the room's sole source of light, and piles of tattered books and slips of paper.
What catches your eye the most, however, is the circus of discarded, unloved figurines.
Little ones, about the size of an inch or two, lying on the floor. Some of people, some of Pokemon, some of places. While the bulk are generic and hardly noteworthy, there are some that strike a few nerves deep within you.
"What the.."
Some of them resemble people you know, places you've been to, and Pokemon you've encountered along the way. All forgotten and tossed away in a seething act of rage, something you deduce from the full garbage can, filled with balls of crumpled up paper and the streaks of red that mark each of them.
Battle plans.
A) Approach the desk.
B) Skim over a discarded plan.
C) Take a closer look at the figures.
