I understand that it is supposed to be better to swap out parents during breeding, and have been doing so successfully. However, here's my issue:
I have gone through so many fucking boxes trying to get a single 5 IV Marill. I am breeding the following parents:
31/31/31/xx/31/xx
xx/31/31/xx/31/31
And i'm just getting regurgitations of the same 4 IVs. I've got a team of 5 IV Pokemon that i gained quite easily, and I don't understand the issue i'm having. I've swapped 4 IV parents multiple times (trying out pretty much every varying 4 IV parent I can) and still the result is the same.
Obviously I am using Destiny Knot. I've even given up and used a power item at one point, and I still got 4 IVs.
Why does RNG hate me so? Am I doing something wrong?
