If you removed California from the country, it would be like losing 10 states, plus all of the specific value it has. Where as if you lost Oklahoma, you'd lose pretty much nothing.
Oklahoma is an empty, racist, boring, broke, uneducated, desolate shithole, and it has no impact on the world whatsoever. It is practically almost worthless, and no one would even notice if it was gone.
