My younger sister's(6) team, she started Violet today after playing Scarlet up to the 6th gym, wanted her own version, she got to Brassius and Iono on her own mostly (Union Circles are a godsend when playing with younger sibling), my mother told me to not go easy on her, so teaching her about type matchups after every gym with a battle, she's catching on really quick to some degree
