>>45675517Going in I knew my best bets were going to be with Daisy and Ned. Daisy actually did a decent job against Lenora. Daisy actually did alright against her Herdier. The original plan was to get Daisy rolling with Work Up and steam roll Watchog, but after the two Leers and a devastating Take Down, I had to switch into Ned. Ned took care of the Herdier and I went in to set up Leech Seed with Palmer. Leech Seed missed and Palmer took a nasty hit from Retaliate so I switched back to Ned. Ned managed to keep Watchog at bay with Attract, but a lot of Retaliate and Hypnosis got through. Had to burn through a couple of Chesto berries, an Awakening, a potion, and a super potion just to keep Ned alive while Attract worked it's magic. Took a risky attack with Secret Power since Lenora had already used up her Super Potion. Ned was low on health and I wasn't sure if he could take another Retaliate, so I bet on Attract immobilizing Watchog and got lucky.
I knew Lenora would be tough without a fighting type, but I thought I could outplay her. The item use kinda hurts my pride a bit, but no one's dead so I'd say it was worth it.
