If it was bulky/strong, people would compare it to feraligatr, but if it was fast/sleek while still having a natural lizard body, it would get compared to sceptile or maybe even greninja(sleek stealthy non-mammal water starter with a thicker/toned body. Even some fans’ fake evo ideas looked similar to it) so it ended up being a weird gangly beanpole because GF wants evolutions to be “unexpected”
