EVERY build of Citra works as long as you have the NAND.
Gdmk includes the NAND with all his builds of Citra at least the last time I checked the and the NAND is what prevents all freezes.

The two best builds right now are
Citra Bleeding Edge 46
>More bugfixes
>Fewer random crashes
>FPS starts out higher than 2016-09-24 but drops more severely and faster

Both versions of the emulator require constant restarting to maintain high FPS. Although I emulated ORAS on Citra at about 50 FPS all the time as ORAS doesn't have this retarded FPS drop.

Like the ROMFS creation part seems to take place after the .3ds whenever I do it! So technically you can terminate the cmd window the instant it starts generating romfs.

You are missing the NAND and the fontshared.bin files which need to be dumped from an actual 3DS. For convenience's sake, all the dumped files placed in the correct parts of the emulator and the demo are in the mega that I have uploaded.

Do all the events on Citra with timeskipping as I have described - change time, open emulator, close emulator, change time again - and you'll see her. You get the option to ask her what's in her bag or who she is but since there's no save state dunno what her response to what's in her bag.

You'll find her in the upper edge of the city near the Ten Carat Hill man.
