Here's the facts; if you want a Snubbull, Yanma, Marill, Dunsparse, Natu or Wobuffet in Johto, all you have to do is go out and find one.
If you want a Snorlax, Vespiquen, Mothim, Spiritomb, Carnivine or Drapion, you have to play funny waiting game nonsense for a chance at a chance of finding one, IF you're lucky.

THAT is why there are so many memes about generic Sinnoh teams but not Johto.
