The major park has a lot of poké stops that are usually buzzing with lure models, and the natural spawns include things like Rhyhorn, Bellsprout, Charmander, Staryu, Machop from what I can tell. I've caught some really nice things down there including Jynx, Pinsir, Machoke, Raichu, but lures can attract some very exotic things if the natural spawns are good enough.
The main shopping centre is a fantastic waterfront place, lots of Dratini, Magikarp and Squirtle to be found, and a couple of nests around the shops that have stuff like Growlithe and Eevee too, plus plenty of lured Poké Stops, there's a lot of goodies.
The local park I visit has some goodies too, in close proximity there are three gyms and four Poké Stops, and some decent enough stuff can spawn in the field like Growlithe, Vulpix, Jigglypuff, Pikachu, Abra, one time I even encountered a Nidoking that sadly escaped. Next to this park is a lake shore which has a pair of Squirtle nests right by a gym, and if you continue to walk along this shore you can hope to find plenty of Psyduck, Cloyster, Magikarp, Poliwag, and even more Squirtle and Dratini and maybe Seel.
It's not as attractive as the other places though, not nearly as much Poké Stop activity but it's really nice when I just want a brief walk.
