I tried to help him but he started to run... only to collapse 5 meters away. I take him to a poke-center, then bring him home. He started to trust me, and i noticed he was very clever, the most clever pokémon i've ever seen. He tried to explain his story to me and i understood he was far away (in Alola, as i learned after), with his girlfriend when a couple of tourist captured her. He followed them to this city and wanted to do all he could to find her again. I helped him, and not long after, we discover the family, just outside the city. As we were watching them, we saw theit child, a little girl, playing and cuddling with the gumshoos' girlfriend, and they seems so happy together that my new friend didn't want to obtrude. Very depressed, he was about to go on his way when i asked him if he wanted to help me on my job. After one second of reflexion, he agreed, and now he his my "associate". He his the only pokémon i have who refuses to go in a pokéball. I named him – with his consent – Barnabé : it his a very famous TV show's cop.
