Have Kyurem hold something akin to the unified "God stone" from b/w and it transforms into OGD similar to Primal Kyogre/Groudon. Buff up Kyurem's learn set with some more usable moves, maybe make a tutor that exclusively teaches Kyurem moves from Reshiram and Zekrom's move pool or something. Give OGD an ability that gives it mold breaker+STAB for Electric and Fire moves. Make it either Pure Dragon or Dragon/Psychic (to symbolize enlightenment or balance or some shit? I don't know just sounds somewhat fitting)
