No reason to add entries to the codebase for something that has no plans to be brought in, and unlike Dynamax/Z-Moves which just have their movedata copied and pasted most of the relevant data for abilities/held items/megas still exist in preparation for Scarlet & Violet since they will be built off of PLA.
