I always try to send out good stuff. I usually let any 4 IV mons down that are rejects from breeding and send out 5-6 IV mons once I get them. I'm trying for shinies a lot and failing, but at least I get Pokemiles and every so often a good trade. I burn alive any of the bad stuff I get and never let them on the Wonder Trade again.
