>>46305100Sort of. Mapping and scripting are fairly easy now. Actually editing pokemon is still a pain in the ass and actually adding new items/moves/abilities is in the black magic territory. They did just come out with a patch thing to extend heartgold to include all gen 5 with out making the rom/ ds commit sudoku so thats pretty cool
