No Flamethrower (which you removed), Fire Blast (granted, this one isn't in its official learnset) and Heat Wave (which you removed) on fire/flying type is plain weird. And Sky Attack - a former signature move of Moltres - was removed by you as well.
Addition of Lava Plume and Inferno is cool though. The former is good competitively and both fit Moltres.
