I feel like Zinnia's going to be a remake only type of character. Kind of like how Looker seems to appear in every game, she does the same, but for remakes. Especially considering how many other dragon legendaries have appeared in Gens past 3. SM only have one and he's a black hole.
Also, she's just a good character. I would really love to see her interact with characters like N and Cynthia.
