GBA4iOS (v2 if you can get it)
Nonjailbroken folks will get their certificate revoked after 7 days so you have to reinstall it once every seven days which is why you should JAILBREAK and never worry about silly certificate problems again. I'm on iOS 8.3 Taig.
NDS4iOS is very bad and outdated compared to iNDS and retroarch is even worse for DS.
PC emulators
Dolphin - Wii/Gamecube (XD, colo etc)
Citra - Only works for ORAS
VBA-M (although some people say this one is now out of date will do the job just fine) - GBA/GBC/GB
DeSMuMe - DS. No$GBA is very outdated and comparatively slow.
>>28936643What do you mean by hackable/modable? They're all hackable/modable but if you are using LIPS or the like to patch you will probably need to attempt doing it on an EU or US. Just grab a rom pack off ThePirateBay or Emuparadise or something.
