I'd be a trainer traveling the world and probably going for the league. It's should take months compared to hours in the real world, but i bet me and my pokemons would have a glorious time together.
I would only get the first six i like, all with different typings obviously so they would all compliment themselves in one way or another. No ditching that one Mon' to his weakness and expecting to win unless he's the last chance to win. And i doubt i would change my team at all unless someone challenges me to do it in a new region, I'll put my bros in a resort or something really nice if it's the case.
I probably wouldn't stop exploring and challenging gyms and people until i get a waifu or after visiting almost all the world granted i could take breaks there and here. I'd also take a load of pictures across the world
