It zooms in weird because in the important battles, the camera is tied to the character's animation.

When it's zooming in on his chest or crotch, it's because there's something of emphasis on the actual character for that scene in that spot.
And when he throws the pokeball, the screen zooms out and centers on the character's head/upper body, so if Kukui is taller than them, it centers on a part lower on him.

This means that the first three Kahunas are around Kukui's height, only clipping him off screen a bit.
But the fourth Kahuna is SHORT. Like, below Kukui's pecs short.
The Mudsdale woman may actually be our fourth Kahuna.

Well, they are shorter than Olivia and Hala, but not by much.

The part where Kukui throws the pokeball zooms out on all of them to show their upper bodies in frame.
Kukui seems to be taller than all of them as he is never really in frame for those shots.

So third Kahuna is shorter than Hala/Olivia, but not by much.

FOURTH Kahuna, however, is pic related.
This is the throwing animation, and it only comes up to Kukui's chest, meaning the Kahuna is SHORTER than that.

That color though, do you think they'd honestly have one Kahuna be rock and the other be ground?
The height actually seems to fit the Mudsdale girl from the trailer.
