The manga which include the related pic, a scene where Green hides pokeballs by disguising them as her tits (and ripping her shirt open to use them), and a background gag of a woman claiming to have "bathed" with her Tentacruel to name a few instances.
Couple that with an anime director who's ALSO been on record saying the girls in the anime are supposed to be eye candy, and you have a recipe for a very fan servicey series. Not necessarily full on hentai, but almost definitely one with plenty of fan service.
