Blue's 2/5 grid pretty much has everything you'd want from it, don't feel bad if you can't get 3/5
Also, remember that we don't have any other limited 5* Support and Tech characters (other than the story characters) so unless you missed Acerola's training event, you will probably use those candies on Leaf and Blue when you get them. If you're going for both and have minimal gems, aim to get one of each at least, then a dupe for Leaf.
