He loves to spam Discharge. Not only will Discharge hit both targets with boosted power, he'll usually have a volt Absorb Mon out, or pic related to get boosts. Discharge will also change the field into a factory, field, which guarantees a boost of 1.2 to electric attacks, and vice versa.
The field change triggers every time Discharge successfully does damage, not when it's used.
