Does seeing Croagunk and saving the game lock in Croagunk for the day?
Does changing the time technically change the day and reload the changing Pokemon?
If I witness Croagunk, save the game and change the time and see Croagunk again, is it a consistent save load or am I just getting lucky with the 1/32 replacement rate twice in a row?
Does changing the time to an earlier time instead of a later one technically change the date?
This whole thing is utterly fucked and I feel like I'm either on the verge of a breakthrough or going insane. How have NONE of these mechanics been documented over the years? All I can find from searching are random reddit posts with the same problem and either few, inconclusive responses or completely responseless.
