Even the designs I don't like for basic pokemon, like the trashy fish and enraged mongoose still have a lot of personality to them and it's with so many pokemon it's good to try weird designs.
The fucking pikachu clone is even more garbage than usual though. It looks like it was made for furries with an inflation fetish.
The legendaries feel pointlessly over designed, but at the same time fancy lion and fancy bat just aren't that interesting in the first place.
