There are two Zygarde Cores. One named Core A and the other Core B. Now one thing I am wondering since the reveal of the formes is the hexagon on the core.
Now the one Core we all seen had a red hexagon on it's belly. So if one of the cores have a red hexagon on it, there's a high chance that the other Core have a blue hexagon on it's belly.
Now they shown the red hexagon Zyarde Core in the anime. I asume that the 50% Zygarde Team Flare are going to capture now have the Zygarde Core with a blue hexagon in it.
That could explain why only 100% Zygarde have the blue hexagon on it's body by now, because they only showed the red Core and 10% form with the red hexagon in the corocoro issue.
An evidence that could link the formes to the hidden signature moves of Zygarde (Thousand Waves/Thousand Arrows) was the anime debut of 10% Zygarde. In that scene it (probably) used Thousand Arrows. I think only the red core is able to use that attack and the only the blue core can use Thousand Waves.
With that I think the next games could possible be named either XA/YB or ZA/ZB.
