So I'm sat here watching some videos of some guy going over the new moves that old Pokemon are getting in the DLC from the datamine and talking about their competitive viability etc, and I found it weird how most Pokemon got basically fuck all of value like Endure + Swift but then randomly some weird Pokemon like Poliwrath gets a ton of great stuff.
Then I noticed that the regular Slowpoke line also got a bunch of new moves, like a similar number to the other random amount of Pokemon who just had a whole slew of new shit and it got me thinking, what if the Pokemon who are getting a whole bunch of new moves are indeed the ones that are getting the Galar forms? Obviously not all of them, like most of the legendaries get an absolute ton of new moves and they're not gonna all be getting new forms, and I'm sure even if I was correct that even some of the normal Pokemon that had this wouldn't automatically mean they're getting a new form either but I still do genuinely believe that from that datamine, we can deduce which Pokemon are gonna be getting Galarian forms. I'm fucking certain of it. I haven't went through to check them all just yet but I might do that. I'll bet that there's a Galarian version of the Poli line though. Gonna screencap my own post incase I figured out trick to this shit.
