Since Mewtwo X can stretch it's arms and legs.
They could have gave it a move called
>Stretch Kick XAnd have that do 80, making it easy to take down bench pokemon, before they get the chance to build up
And still keeping it's other move too.
I remember having alot of fun with that Hitmonlee card back in the day, when bench pokemon weren't EX cards, so they had low HP and easy to get rid of.
