After Gen 1, I don't think Psychic types were ever that commonly used anymore. Small variety here, Mostly Gimmicky ones like Chimecho, Sigilyph and Solrock/Lunatone. Your go to battling types will be either abra/ralts. Celebi is also a legendary pokemon found in Agate, most likely after you capture all other national dex mon/Some Other BS
