>>43971894Pokemon don’t look like the real thing’s they’re based on. They’re stylized fantastical interpretations of them and it’s probably enough of a disconnect to not trigger your phobia. That’s the way I see it at least. I have a fear of roaches but Pheremosa doesn’t bother me. Same with spiders but Ariados and Galvantula don’t bother me. I also really don’t like large predator reptiles like alligators and crocodiles but I love Feraligatr and Krookodile.
