To be fair, it's not a connection I expect people to make instantly. Or at all, quite frankly. A few more comments about it, since post text limit screwed me over....
1. Primarina (male) is actually the 5th Treasure of Ruin.

I'd wager, similar to Porygon-Z, there are both mechanical game challenge and thematic story reasons at play here.
From a gameplay perspective, Intimidate Incineroar is infamous for dominating competitive doubles battles (although the way he uses it in game, without a switch out move and also leaving it in the rain Politoed's Drizzle set up is... a choice).
From a story design perspective, it fits in with the rest of his team's whole "MEANT TO BE STRONG AND COMPETITIVELY VIABLE" theme and is a literal Wrestling Heel. As in people meant to fight for a job (it's fiction, wrestling is real fighting and not SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT) and EVIL/TRICKSY/WILLING TO DO DIRTY THINGS TO WIN. Which again, that's basically just Kiki's mood at the time.
Also, it was in Smash, and thus is indicative of Kiki's desire to smash (you).

Incineroar's moves:
Flare Blitz (Fire, physical, STAB)
Darkest Lariat (Dark, physical, penetrates def buffs, STAB)
Bulk Up (buffs own Attack and Defense)
Iron Head (Steel, physical)

Incineroar will has Intimidate (lowers Attack) and will Snarl turn one (lowers Sp.Attack). It will also Taunt one player at the start.

Shield goes up at 65% HP or 60% time remaining. Player stat reset at 90% time, boss stat reset 55% time.
