For me its a lot of PU pokemon especially those from gen 1 and 5 that just slip between the cracks yet actually have passible stats or a niche that has yet to realized in higher tiers. There's something about mons like Dewgong, Venomoth, Musharna and Zebstrika that I find oddly interesting. I guess its because it's always a suprise to see them.
