>>58578460Yeah Elite Redux is its own beast for sure, and it does benefit a fair bit from all the new little areas grandfathered in from using Inclement Emerald as a rombase.
They're supposed to be overhauling the Hoenn map in a future update as well to make way for more custom areas as well -- PIC RELATED. Radical Red and other KANTOOOOOOO hacks might benefit off that, if only to add some novelty to 29 year old KANTOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
DESU the only "dexbloat" hacks I've played all had dexnav with instant search, so I still don't really understand the huge distaste for it. I guess if you're someone who cares about the specific distribution and making regions feel "unique" I kinda get it?
My style of play is so disconnected from that though, gladly using save editors, cheat codes, and/or Debug mode to build my 6 PRONTO. Frankly, the extra Pokemon wouldn't even need to be in the wild, just having them in the code would suffice for degenerates like me, as long as I get to use mons I haven't (which dexbloat virtually guarantees)
>>58578467Pretty much what the other anon said, most people playing it would probably rather cut the middle-man and get the mons instant like noodles, but still keep the feature in for those who want it.
They all sound really cool. The water snake becoming part-dragon would be a badass progression, might mess with the starter RPS if you're anal about that but eh, Electric or Fairy on Mr. Sheep kinda does that anyway.
