Silver. As we try getting to the path of there, we run into Rusemistress AGAIN, who at that point goes "fuck it" and stays at the gatehouse for us to endlessly rebattle if we ever so wanted.
One very empty route and mountain later (where only NOW so the wild pokemon go above level 72) and we find the guy. For some reason I thought it was a brilliant idea not to take a single screencap of the battle, so this is all from memory.
